Additional projects carried out as a Technical Assistant, 2D/3D Draftsperson, Graphic Designer, 3D Rendering Artist and Set Decorator

As a Brand Activation Designer, I am involved throughout the entire process - from early ideation to on-site execution. I design experiential worlds aligned with brand DNA, where moodboards, concepts, art direction and 3D modeling come together to shape cohesive, immersive and engaging environments.

I develop spatial layouts and production-ready technical drawings in close collaboration with workshops, suppliers and production teams.

On site, I oversee installation, fine-tune final details and maintain rigorous quality control, ensuring the activation fully embodies the original creative vision.

Each project is documented and analyzed to continuously refine a precise, creative and performance-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic analysis of client needs, brand objectives and event-specific constraints.

  • Creative ideation and conceptual development through moodboards, art direction and experiential concepts.

  • Design of spatial layouts and environments, with a strong focus on flow, circulation and user experience.

  • Advanced 3D modeling and visualizations, exploring volume, materials, lighting and atmosphere.

  • Development of the activation’s visual identity, including art direction, signage and brand expression.

  • Creation of production-ready technical drawings: elevations, assemblies, material specifications and print templates.

  • Close collaboration with workshops, suppliers, printers and AV partners throughout the production process.

  • Production oversight and quality control, including revisions, validations and approvals.

  • Logistics coordination and installation planning.

  • On-site supervision, including installation, final refinements and quality assurance.

  • Comprehensive project documentation, post-event analysis and archiving of deliverables.
